Returns

365 Day Returns - We accept returns up to 365 days after receipt of goods. Terms and Conditions apply.

UK Returns
Orders £100 or over - we offer free returns. Please contact our delivery partner ILG via email at collect@ilguk.com giving them your original order number (top left of your order with us). They will send you a Returns Label along with a choice of drop off shops.

Please note any returned goods are still your responsibility until safely received by us - even if you use our free returns service.

Orders under £100 - please return by your chosen courier or postal service. A returns form will be included with your delivery which should be completed and enclosed.

Returns from Overseas
Please return by your chosen courier or postal service. A returns form will be included with your delivery which should be completed and enclosed.

If returning from outside of the EU please ensure the following is clearly written on any return documentation and also on the outside of the package: RETURN TO SELLER / FAILED SALE / NO UK VAT PAYABLE.

If we are asked to pay UK VAT or any other customs charges to receive a returned item this amount will deducted from any refund.

What Makes Us Happy

What Makes Us Sad

  • Tags, labels removed and packaging not returned.
  • Helmets not put back into their protective bag.
  • Helmet boxes sent back outside of a second box with postage labels attached to helmet box.
  • Returned items that have been used.

Returns For Exchange
We encourage you to place another order for a different size/colour and this way we can get the item to you as quickly as possible.

Alternatively we will process the exchange upon receipt. In this instance you may be required to pay the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you, for example where the item is less than £50 or you live overseas.
