What currency do you use?
We accept the following currencies:

Our website allows customer's shopping in selected countries to show prices in their own currency - this is for information purposes only and should give you a good idea of the amount you will pay. The transaction will be in sterling and subject to the currency exchange rates at the time of settlement via your bank or credit card company.
Can I change or insert something to an order that has already been placed?
If the order has been placed please call us on 01273 772222, or if outside of 9-5 Monday-Friday send an email to info@scooter-wear.com. If you want to add items to your order then just place a second order.
What are your delivery charges?
All standard UK deliveries are free of charge for orders over £50. If you need a product in a hurry, and we have it in stock or we can source it quickly, we will charge a small fee to use a quicker delivery service. Deliveries to other countries will attract the best possible rate for international carriage.
How long does it take to receive an order?
If the product you have purchased is in stock, your delivery should arrive within 5 working days. If we ever believe a delivery will be outside of 5 working days we will contact you to let you know it's anticipated delivery date. Most items are received well within this timeframe.
What is the warranty on scooter-wear.com products.
We apply the manufacturers individual warranties. If you experience what you believe to be a defect due to materials or construction of a product, in the first instance please write to us at: info@scooter-wear.com. Invariably our suppliers/manufacturers are very fair and will offer a repair or replacement where applicable.
Is it safe to order on-line with my credit or debit card?
Yes. Your privacy and security, and our security is of paramount importance. Scooter-wear.com uses Sage Pay (a product of Sage) as a payment gateway.
Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
What is your returns/refund policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee (terms and conditions apply).
You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime between time of order and within 14 days of receiving your goods. We are very happy to accept returned items if we are notified within this period. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us for a Returns Reference and then return the products to us.
Please note - returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Any items returned must be in a fully resaleable condition, including packaging and with tags still attached.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Upon receipt of a returned item - we will send a replacement size if this is requested or we will process a full refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges at the earliest opportunity
Please note we cannot accept the return of scooter leg covers or scooter hand grip covers if an attempt has been made to fit them
Please note Special Order Items are non-returnable/refundable
How do I cancel an order? Or change the delivery address?
To cancel a web order or change the delivery address, please email customer service as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the action to be taken. Sometimes it may be too late to make any amendments, but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. Email: info@scooter-wear.com
Can I pay by any other method?
We accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card, Debit card or Paypal on the Internet.
We are very comfortable with the security procedures in place to safeguard your card and personal details, but if you are more comfortable please feel free to call us on 01273 772222 and we can take your order over the phone.
What information do you collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number home address and email address for competitions, prize draws or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site to help us develop and improve it further.
